    in point no.7 (b) "Expand Databases, expand the OrganizationName_MSCRM database where OrganizationName is the name of your organization, expand Security, and then double-click Users." but when i am trying to do so it is not allowing me to expand the database and it is giving the following error "The database Test_MSCRM is not accessible (Objectexplorer)".pls guide me.....

    Sorry, I actually never have to follow through the steps myself. I just blogged it as a note for myself. Therefore I don't have any hands on experience to share. However from the error you got, looks like you either didn't have enough permission or the database was disabled. If you google the error message, you will get quite a few entries on the topic. e.g. http://www.dotnetfunda.com/forums/thread6464-the-database-abc-is-not-accessible-objectexplorer.aspx. Hopefully you will find an answer there. Good luck ;-)
