* Why is it happening?
* What is the cause of it?
* If you know the cause what is the another things maybe affected? (e.g. if a setting in a config is cause a problem, does it cause other problems?)
* Can we isolate/narrow down to the problem?
* It is a story and make the story line clear in your head.
